On December 19, 2023, Ambassador Emin Cohodarevic presented letters of credence to the President of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan, His Excellency Dr. Arif Alvi. The presentation of credentials, along with the highest state honors, took place at the Presidential Palace in Islamabad.
In the conversation after the presentation of credentials, President Alvi welcomed the ambassador of Bosnia and Herzegovina and emphasized that Pakistan deeply values its friendship with Bosnia and Herzegovina based on brotherhood and mutual trust. He indicated that there is a huge scope for further strengthening of economic cooperation and promotion of people-to-people contacts. Ambassador Cohodarevic thanked for the expressions of welcome and pointed out that during his mandate he will work on further development and promotion of political, economic, educational and cultural ties between Bosnia and Herzegovina and the Islamic Republic of Pakistan.
